Our objective is to provide the opportunity for Arizona female lacrosse players to gain entry into the world of Box Lacrosse. The ‚ÄčAces Intro to Box Clinic serves as a jumping-off point for the player who is excited about Box, but hasn't had access to a training program!

This Intro to Box Clinic is designed to educate and serve those curious players who want to improve their skills by playing indoors, and gain the opportunity to learn from a former Professional Box Lacrosse player, National Champion, and current USBOXLA National Coach.

Players will learn to execute the two-man game, they will demonstrate more efficient stick skills, learn to excel in tight spaces and become more creative without the ball.  The clinic curriculum is designed to be fast-paced with increased number of reps compared to traditional outdoor field training.  Each session will have fundamentals, learning differences of the Box/Field game, running the floor, and proper spacing for successful offensive sets.  Training as a Box player will challenge all aspects of your fundamentals and allow you to become a more complete player overall.

Equipment Needed:  This clinic does not require full Box equipment to participate.  Players will need their goggles and a boys lacrosse stick to participate.  Players that need a boy’s stick please contact Coach Ben at if you need to purchase a stick (at the Arizona Aces discounted rate).

Previous Box experience not required for this clinic.

We hope to see you on the floor!
